The Gods of Fandom do not like me. At all.

Once again I find myself in a fandom with a heroic team leader and a snarky genius as the fannish favourites and all I can think about is writing the girls. And, moreover, my baby is the more stoic (and less developed) of the two Stoic Action Girls, who even the people who like the girls tend to be 'meh' about

As with any fandom, you just have to find the right pocket! Sadly, I don't think that will change.

I do think there is an interest from some sectors to see that some of the Marvel females get their due. And the ones that have their due, get what they deserve. The comics are a tad sexist but I see a lot of move-verse people absorbing the histories and coming up something a bit better for them.

And, yeah, I'm thinking that I'm going to do some setting up of a personal canon for Maria, at least...

Teen Wolf fandom's currently the same for me. I went through 23 pages of kinkmeme prompt and found a handful of prompts with the ladies involved. The rest were buried under the one ship dudefest that's the face of fandom. So frustrating and predictable.

I had a brief look at the kinkmeme in Avengers fandom and kind of gave up entirely.

I'll just go with the kink bingo box, I think.
