Hee! This is so great, I don't even know what to do with it! John's so adorable in the Xander-position, and I love that the boys created a new toy, just for Teyla! :D

We need to start a stargate slayers comm or something. I've seen a 'Cadman the Vampire Slayer' running around too.

John is a perfect Xander! Cute and slightly dorky. A bit more competent, sort of a cross between regular Xander and wish!verse Oz.

Teyla does indeed make an excellent Slayer. ;) I'm just kind of surprised that in the story notes you had to say you chose TEYLA to be the Slayer over one of the boys because...erm...as far as I can tell none of THEM are properly equipped.

But then I remembered which fandom we're talking about and Oh yes...certainly someone out there would see no gender-issue at ALL with making either Rodney or John (or even Ronon omg) into a BTVS-verse "Slayer."

Well, Teyla's not important enough to be a Slayer, really. I thought everyone knew that!

And of course Teyla's the slayer. I'm confused as to why anyone would think otherwise. *scratches head*

And let's just say that I've seen enough AUs where Teyla was thrown out of the mix, dumbed down, or made 'minor' to feel the need to explain why she's the heroine in mine.

Oh, so fantastic. RONON as Angel and Teyla as the dry, hilarious Slayer are so perfect, and John and Rodney make fantastic dorky sidekicks. AMAZING.

(Although, really, Ronon's just a human guy. Trained as a demon-hunter, with really good reflexes and an impressive arsenal set, but not a vampire.

There isn't really an Angel analogue in this AU as I see it.)

Oh, just read that Ronon was going to patrol as well and made the mental jump. But now that I think about it, Ronon as a well-trained human is pretty much ten thousand times as awesome!

Heh. I totally see Ronon as brought up by this demon-hunting community that was started by a disenchanted Watcher back around the War of Independance, and taught how to fight the demons and stuff.

He sorta runs wild a lot, but his community leader insisted he get his final year of high school and then he can run wild on the demon-hunting front; and it just so happens that he ends up at the same school as the Slayer...
