Priorities
I think I need to sort out my priorities. Wow. I am not even joking. I need to sit down and think about my life.
Things I adore and am passionate about and what to do forever: Photography. Painting. Video art. Poetry. Stream of consciousness free verse. Music. Travel. Language.
Right. So let's focus on those, yes?
I have these little Moleskin notebooks that I have been writing in. I have one filled from Nov and Dec 2008, and I am working on one for January right now. They have been a savior of sorts. I don't know how writing in them and reading it back to myself has helped me more than anything right now. It's interesting, isn't it? I'm glad though that I have taken writing up again. I've been working on a few zines too, which I haven't done in a while. I do love zines a lot. I want to make four in my time left at home.
22 days.
This is going to pass quickly and I know I'm going to regret rushing it in the end.
[Maybe I will take that trip to Santa Cruz next weekend. Just because I can.]
I need to go back to the ocean and think again.
Think hard.
Really.
I had a headache all day today from thinking too hard though. What the hell do I do.
It's berries in my heart bread.
