It was put in at St Francis Hospital on Oct 20th and i was hoping to go back to work Nov 21st however i got a check from National Benefits that Dr A has me out until Dec 7th.
Thats 2 additional weeks longer.

Go to KH Campus with new paperwork
Go to KH Campus and see about getting time from sick bank to cover week of Dec 1-7.
Go to KH Campus and see about getting time from sick bank to cover portion of Thanksgiving week that benefit time will not cover.
