So after loosing my will power to go to the gym for a week...and the week before I only went once...I went back today and did 3 miles. I need to kick my butt in the gym for the next couple of weeks...if I don't see results then I tend to loose my motivation. So we'll see how much hard work I can put in. Of course, it also helps me reduce stress and there's been plenty of that lately.

I need to shower and I need to type some things out...and work on my thesis. So I'll shower, do homework, and maybe have time to update. Sorry but you guys will have to wait a little longer for an update.
