So if it wasn't for the not so hot weather ourside, I could've forgotten that I was in the North today...we made fried chicken and buttermilk buscuits from scratch...top that off with some sweet tea and I'm good to go! The buscuits were particularly fantastic and I'll give you the recipe if you want.

Needless to say I'm still in Boston. But my Southern cooking skills have greatly improved. :)
