mambo italiano
tonight is our last night in napoli.
breton and i have been here since thursday,
meghan joined us on friday.
we train to roma tomorrow evening.
we just finished a lovely meal at a restaurant
just outside our lovely bed and breakfast.
everything in napoli is cheap. it's awesome.
and yesterday, we toured pompeii, which was incredible.
after, we partied with breton's italian friends
at a public-pool-by-day, dance-club-by-night place,
which apparently are a dime a dozen here.
it was a spectacle nonetheless. italian fashion. ha.
we stayed out til five, watched the sunrise, slept for minutes,
then took a boat to capri, where we sunned ourselves
on a rocky italian beach next to turquoise water. amazing.
i've had no sleep, but a good meal, and a day at the beach.
i couldn't be happier.
