(no subject)
and i felt like posting here too. :-)
last night, i nick told me something that made me so happy and yet so sad at the same time. he said he wanted to get me a "dormwarming gift" but that he needed to know what things were prohibited in our dorms. i sent him the list. and to my despair, he said he couldn't get for me what he wanted to get for me. he wanted to get me a turtle!!! a real live turtle! in a little aquarium. :-D but we can't have any animals in our dorm rooms! :-( it makes me really sad. because i love turtles so much. and have wanted a turtle for so long! but it was also so sweet, because it's like he knows exactly what to get me...*like the necklace he gave me for my birthday. i've wanted a necklace from tiffany's more than anything. hey, what girl doesn't love the little blue box. :-p i haven't taken it off since he put it around my neck....and plus...it was like he knew exactly the one to get me. it was the one i had had pictured in my head for so long....*
and then i'm getting an ibook for college! :-p i'm so excited. i've wanted a powerbook or an ibook for so long. but my parents got the emac for me for college, so there wasn't a chance. but then they decided that they're going to keep the emac for now, and i get an ibook! :-D :-D i'm getting the 12-inch combo drive, with wireless.
i can't believe it's going to be 18 more days until i move in...although at least the numbers keep getting smaller. i can't wait to start college. to do rush. to see nick again. to see my friends from ucla again (like matt and corey *my state finals buddies*, ashley *my roommate from orientation*) and also to meet all of the people that i've been talking to online. like evan, rachel, chris..i can't even name them all. 18 more days...
