My days seem extra long lately. I am at school on my hour and forty-five minute lunch break in between Government and English II. I am so bored. This time is typically spent sleeping which I haven’t been able to do as much lately being on my new medicine that I am beginning to love.
Last night I didn’t make it to my 6pm class and missed my first test which would have been an simple A (and I need as much of those as possible). I did nearly make it to class though. I was only about four miles away from campus when I decided to stop for gas because I had been driving with my gas light on since Sunday night. I pulled up to pump #3 and filled her up and cleaned out my car. I ran inside to pay for my gas and buy a bottle of water, but when I returned to my car I couldn’t find my keys which happens frequently and are usually in my pocket or something. I looked everywhere and did not have them. Then I looked inside my car and there they were resting happily on my seat next to my cell phone. I went back in 7-11 and told the cashier what happened. Right then a cop walked in and i asked him to try to open my car... he tried but told me that new cars are impossible to get into with a slim jim. I called Brian from the 7-11 phone.. He didn’t seem too surprised at all about my dilemma and left UCF to come get me. But during the hour or so that I waited for him I had an enjoyable time meeting different people. I have determined that I must be a very approachable person. Nearly every person who entered the gas station talked to me and offered some kind of help. One very tall guy came up and asked me if I needed a ride... he was very funny, laughing at my situation with me. He left about 10 minutes later asking again if I needed a ride up to school and I told him that I shouldn’t ride with strangers even though he seemed like a nice man with a very expensive truck, he laughed. I went back in the store to talk to the cashier some more and he told me that the guy I was hanging out with was Anthony Bowie from the Orlando Magic… haha.. Good times. Anyways I never made it to my test and spent a total of 3 hours at 7-11 last night. Not to surprising.
