(no subject)
I was accepted into UT Nursing. A friend of mine who applied is still waiting because they screwed up her info. She got into John Hopkins so if she doesn't get in, that's just plain wrong. Plus we'd be awesome roommates and study buddies.
I'm driving to Houston this weekend to start moving my stuff back. God I have alot of crap! I don't use like 2/3rds of it either.
I'm getting excited about moving and starting fresh. It also feels great to not have to stress about choosing and fighting into getting my classes. The only thing I have to worry about is choosing where and when my clinicals will be.
Of course it's going to be hard to leave friends and Joel. He'll be busy with EMT until he can get into PA school (hopefully galveston!). I feel pretty secure though that our long distance will work. I'm so god-damn lucky to have him.
Wow. So much in the last two years here at LSU. My "college years" is being cut short but honestly I'm pretty tired of it. In two more years, I'll be making bank. Oh, how that feelssss gooddd.
I just came back from NY with Joel visiting Eddie. I'm getting along 10X better with his girlfriend, that or maybe i'm maturing. She wants to move to Thailand or something like that to teach English. And my big brother will be even further away. =(
We went to a Yankees game in like 30 degree weather. Shit. I don't even like the Yankees. We only went because its historical, the last season before the new stadium is built, and it made us giddy that we could walk to the stadium from my brother's apt.
