Saturday was the dance. I have one word to describe it: Jim's got the mack. Ok, so that's more than one word, but it's still true. My little brother is so awesome asking so many girls to dance at his very first one. Normally all the 14 year old boys never dance and just run around and act stupid. Mike came, and he and Adam danced for a whole song....it was really creepy, because they looked like they were serious about it rather than joking and it really freaked me out haha. I don't know what the deal is with Hallie, but I don't know if she really understands the reality that there's nothing going on between us anymore....she's a great girl and all, but just a little bit too attatched. Anyway, I got drum sticks this weekend and have been practicing drumming nonstop, I'm such a poser. I hate when people walk around with drum sticks when they're not a drummer, yet now I'm the one doing it haha. But I'm actually going to practice and try to get better instead of just waving them around in front of people. I taught piano to Nathan and Isaiah today for the first time since June. It was fantastic! Nathan actually was excited about it, and I feel like they're both getting better. I actually had to yell at Isaiah a little bit because he wouldn't listen to anything I say, but now I know how to make him work harder so its all good. But yeah, Nathan always gets so discouraged when he comes to his lessons but today he did so well that it made me really happy.
I had a really bad headache in English today, and so I was laying my head down on the desk trying to go to sleep, and then Mrs. Krell goes "Hey Ted! I heard you're the drum major!" Oh yeah...that was perfect timing, haha.
I took Hannah and Stefanie home from school today, and they were both like "I'm SO sorry! This is so far out of your way!" I'm like "hey, two hot girls riding in the car with me? No problems there!" haha. I was late getting home though, and Isaiah was already there waiting for me..eek..I felt kinda bad about that.
Uh-oh here we go!
