Day 1

I'm STILL a little sick, and after another weekend of late nights drinking, Nick and I decided to detox! Hooray! I'm happy to do it for a week or so, but Nick is convinced that he is going to last the 28 days....highly unlikely I say!

what we CAN'T eat:
dairy - none at all!
bread
cereals
alcohol
chocolate
lollies
cake
caffeine
meat: includes fish and chicken
rice (unless it's brown, and only a tiny bit)
pasta (unless it's corn or rice pasta)
ummmm sugar, and anything amazing (like the three boxes of Cheese-in-a-Biscuit Nick wouldn't let me buy last night)... I've also stopped smoking for detoxification purposes, and also so my lungs can heal, and I'm ok! A LITTLE TENSE AND ANGRY THOUGH.

what we CAN eat:
fruit
veges
grains 
beans(!!)
water
herbal tea
tofu
seeds

So please no one have any amazing partay's or gatherings for the next couple of weeks* until I am energised, refreshed and looking amazing! 
*Mish - If uni is under control, will def be at ures though!!

To start day 1, Nick made carrot, celery and apple juice, which, while not a usual preference of mine, was quiet delish! today I've also eaten pumpkin and sunflower seeds, chickpea/sweetcorn/kidney bean salad and sipped water and herbal tea. I feel pretty good! Though would love love love on of my easter eggs to munch on right now :( Instead I will snack on some strawberries and cherry tomatoes. yay, everything is coming up roses!

my predictions: I will be fine until thursday night when I'm falling asleep at acads, and will cave and drink wine and have a cigaretted. Nick will....actually I have no idea, he is full of suprises! I thought he would be all into it after proclaiming he could go for a month but yesterday (which was supposed to day1) he ate a schniddy at the labor club! :-O
