Hot Fun in the Summertime
It's been a pretty good weekend. Except the jeans I bought yesterday. You know how sometimes when you buy pants, they have that stupid vertical sticker on it with the size printed 18,000 times? I was trying to (carefully) take the sticker off, but some of the sticker separated from itself so there's this patch of sticker+adhesive stuck on my pants! I don't really want to wash them first before I figure out how to get it off, what if that ruins them even further? In other news though, wearing a new shirt today and it's so nice and light and green and summertime.
My brother got here last night, I got a voicemail from Nate (who's coming home from Orlando today), and I got a call from one of the girls I met at that radio party last week. I was really surprised to hear from her. I wonder if she went to Vision with the rest of the group? I was thinking yesterday that I know so many people who would be perfect for a girls night out...but none of them run in groups that are anything like the other. Hmph. I DO feel like going out next weekend though. We'll see.
I went on the Babies R Us website to find Mina's registry...and realized that I'm an idiot that can't spell. Mina, I'd love to come home for your baby shower! Just let me work out the logistics of getting home that weekend.
Speaking of leaving home, that's exactly what I need to do right now. More shopping to do. By the end of this weekend, I don't know who will be more exhausted: me or my Visa card. LOL
