I've... pretty much decided that I really dislike the 'if you see this and agree you have to post this' memes. Do I generally agree with whatever they're supporting? Yes. Not always, but generally. That said... I really don't want anyone trying to judge my stance on gay rights, anything else political, the importance of the internet to me and my interpersonal relationships, whether I think books should be banned, how much I like shakespeare, or... well.. anything else really, except my feelings about this type of meme by my lack of participation in a meme.
So... if you happen to notice that I have not reposted some particular meme of that type, and you take it as in any way, shape or form indicative of my actually feelings on whatever it is, I will laugh at you. This has been your official public service announcement by people against coercive memes.
