Ok, apparently this was D&D weekend, as the tabletop D20 game that I'm in actually happened (no, really... just because it's been three months and I missed /that/ session... umm...) And we got very little accomplished other than identifying and dividing up the loot from the last session. Well, and relating bits of what we discovered on our adventures to NPCs. Also, we killed one nasty thing that attacked us in the night, but that was it. Now we're thinking about what we want to do next. Mostly we sort of hung out and talked OOCly, because I don't see the other people involved in the game often enough. And, honestly, that's not a bad way to spend an afternoon. Also, I had (miracle of miracles) actually managed to find my character sheet which had been thought lost, so I didn't have to recreate my character. Again. Yeah.
For some reason three or four people on my friends list have made posts involving D&D today. And there were a couple more last week.
Also for a good dip: Take one package soft goat cheese. Put in bowl. Add one jar of a sweet salsa (This particular time we used a peach salsa. Mango or pineapple or any sweet kind of salsa should work, though.) Stir until the cheese is kinda broken up and it's not smooth or completely incorporated, just kind of mixed together enough that you'll get both cheese and salsa when dipping with a chip. This is amazingly good for the lack of effort involved.
