With the latest acquisition of A-Rod, I've succesfully determined that the Yankees are now unstoppable (unless injury but everyone has that chance). Here's the batting order:
1. Kenny Lofton CF (Good lead-off hitter; very fast)
2. Derek Jeter SS (Yankee Captain)
3. Jason Giambi 1B (Giam-bino as I like to call him)
4. Gary Sheffield RF (Great clean-up hitter; expect lots of 4 baggers)
5. Bernie Williams DH (Bernie's always a good hitter; clutch)
6. Alex Rodriguez 3B (If A-Rod is batting 6th then you must have a damn good team)
7. Hideki Matsui LF (Clutch; high on base %)
8. Jorge Posada C (Posada is always a really good hitter)
9. Miguel Cairo 2B (You're only batter who isn't dangerous)
Here are some good starters:
1. Mike Mussina (Look for Moose to kick some ass)
2. Javier Vasquez (Fireball)
3. Kevin Brown (An Ace if he can stay healthy)
4. Jose Contreras (He picked it up at the end of last year; expect good things)
And there's always Mo to come in and kick some ass at the end of the game. I plan to parade around school tomorrow, I know all of you will be there in spirit.
