I've been getting on average about six to six and a half hours sleep each night recently. It's okay, but I fall asleep on the train most mornings so I could probably get more. Yesterday I sat down in the collage grounds under a big shady tree to read a book at lunch and fell asleep instead.
My question is, how much sleep do you normally get most nights? Are you happy with the amount you get? Do you think you should get more? How many hours do you feel you need to be fully rested and alive the next day? Do you normally go to bed at the same time each night?
