More panic than manic.
I got the blue bleached out of my hair. Now, it's a dead, frizzy, mostly-white-but-with-some-blue-and-green mess. I wouldn't mind it so much if it weren't for the fact that WE CAN'T FIND THE PURPLE DYE!!! I've been calling up every Sally's in a ten mile radius and none of them have this color. Which ultimately makes me want to use it even more. If it's really hard to get, then it ups the illitist-hair-dying-snob factor by, like, a million. But I don't have time to order any online, either. ARGH! So we have to mix a pale blue and a pale pink. I guess. I don't know. The only other places I know of that sells manic panic dyes are the Road Show and Hot Topic. If the Road Show would answer their damn phone, then I could save myself the trip and just ask them if they have it. I don't want to go to Hot Topic though. I'm sure they don't have it. Why would they? They're a piece-of-shit store.
So, if you've used any dyes (that Sally's actually carries) in the light pink or light blue genres, can you give me a brief product description? I was thinking of 'bad boy blue' or 'atomic turquoise (unless that's a more green-ish blue--Karen?)' and 'cotton candy pink' or 'party time pink.' If you've tried any of these dyes, tell me if they suck or not.
