2:27 a.m. -- less pleased than I was at 2:24
...mostly because for some reason I keep getting THROWN BACK TWO PAGES. Which is really annoying, considering this time it deleted my post. Jerks.
Anyway, approximate six minutes ago I sent off to Professor Wickman (my hero, p.s.) an actual first COMPLETED DRAFT of my admissions essay for Berkeley. Go me. It's one of six (or, well, eight, actually), which doesn't seem great considering that deadlines are looming but hey. I also turned in my transcript request forms and printed out the ones for Harvard, so now I just need to mail them and HOPE HOPE HOPE HOPE HOPE that the demon that is USPS has stopped hating me, or that it will at least stop hating me until January 2nd, when all deadlines have passed and we can resume our wonted enmity.
Go us.
I seriously think my brain might just explode from relief once all of this crap is done.
