End (almost) of a Long Week
Because it has definitely been a long week. I got a whole lot done--I've now talked to all three of my letter-writers, though I still need to get some more stuff to them and pick a couple more schools to apply to. But I feel really good about the letter part of this whole thing. I talked to Matt yesterday and we've hit on a potential strategy to help me get into Berkeley: Scottish studies. And hey--I've gone the other two Celtic routes, so why not this one too? The result of that discussion was that I ended up at the library with Wally and started looking into Hume.

I burn, I pine, I perish. He will now be appearing in my writing sample, and has managed to change the direction of my argument. Go him.

The main stressor at the moment is the fact that I still don't have a completed draft of my personal statement (which I'm now realizing I will pretty much need at least four different versions of) not to mention the fact that THE SUBJECT TEST IS FOUR WEEKS FROM TOMORROW. O_O

BUT! I am working this afternoon and tomorrow (yay money!) and this weekend is Conference (yay excuses not to do homework!) and tonight is AVATAR (yay verily yay!).
I am such a geek.
