Happiness ^____^
Classes are officially over, as of yesterday afternoon...and goshdangit, with the possible exception of chemistry, I did really well this semester especially compared with last semester. I got my BritLit essays turned in ( = the final) so that one's all done, I nailed my Welsh final yesterday (especially the oral--bam), self-defense is all over and done with (I win at that too!), and my conference last Friday with my creative writing teacher was the usual "you're a really good writer yadda yadda you could do a crappy final project and still get an A yadda yadda please do one anyway yadda yadda I can't wait to see what you do yadda yadda..." --truth be told, I'm pretty tired of that speech. ("He did not!" "One of his revenge-is-bad-for-you speeches" "Oh. Those. Yeah.") But hey. I'll live.
So now I just have to study for/take: 1) LDS in Wartime final (whenever I feel like it, between Friday and Wednesday), 2) film final (Tuesday morning--though I have a 1-pager due Friday on Citizen Kane, and have to take two more 1-pagers to the actual final), and 3) chemistry final (Tuesday night). Plus do the half-hearted creative writing final (read: attach two/three more poems--already written--to the ones I did for class, slap on a cover letter, and call it good).
And now, having slept till 11 ( = joy), and having new (good!) music to enjoy ( = much joy), I refuse to do anything even remotely school-related today. [Consequence is easily my favorite of the new songs, by the way--turns out I actually have all but the last 30 seconds.]
It's going to be a good day. ^_______^
