My amazingly awesome, tricked out pimp b-day!
Today was my birthday. Whoo-hoo! XD
I lost my voice today. Many people rejoiced...nah, they didn't. They just strained their eyes a lot and asked, "WHAT?" in an obnoxiously loud tone, as if mocking me for my lack of vocals. There's a serious illness spreading around school, mainly because the janitors have no clue how to control the air conditioning and the stupid thing ran amuck, making every classroom around sixty agrees...occasionally dipping into the low fifties. With that said, everyone is sick. Yay!
In band I narrowly avoided having everyone play "happy birthday" on their instruments, thanks to letting the little secret out after the instruments were locked safely away in their cages, where they could do no harm. (CX) However, in Japanese 2, I wasn't so lucky. Sensei (who is CRAZY and can barely be understood because of her accent) found the need to sing "tanjoubi omedetto" (happy birthday...) to me with everyone in the class. Yesterday during GATE, I was also sung to because my friend brought me cookies.
I was at band rehearsal until 4:30 today, and just finished my homework now. Yay! Freedom! Until we are laden with homework the next day...probably more, dangit. Not only that, but stupid DISTRICT band tryouts are coming up too fast for me to control.
Anyway.
Today one of my guy friends...no joke here...proposed to me. We liked to talk of Harvest Moon at the float meetings, and today he asked me, "Who are you going to marry?"
"Who is there to marry?" I asked in slight wonder.
He used his hands to form a heart next to his head...oh God, here it comes. "Me."
"Okay. Let's get married!"

The wedding is in one week, regardless. He yelled, "HEY FUTURE WIFE!" really loudly in the hall. It was funny. XD
So that was my birthday. Impressive, ne?
