Fixations
Ahh, so much to fixate on, so little of it matters. WoW has been my recent fixation. I've been enjoying it, but have noticed that I am not having as much time to do so many of the other things that I enjoy, like watch movies on my own, and just sit back and do nothing. I probably won't be cutting back my playing any time really soon, because I only get a month for free, so we'll see if I'm still playing in a month...well two more weeks.
But I've also gotten kinda hooked to okcupid.com. Kathryn passed this one along to me, and it's kinda fun. I doubt that I would contact anyone on there, even to find a new friend. Because, to be honest, I barely have time to see/talk to the friends that I already have. But it's fun to look around and see what kind of people it matches me up with.
Kathryn has also gotten me addicted to an online comic, Questionable Content. I just can't stop reading it. It's not particularly about anything, just following several character through different situation. But the characters are a fun mixture of witty, sarcastic, intelligence, and stupidity that you can't help but laugh. She also told me to check out Mundane Nirvana, but I want to get through QC before moving on to another comic. I'm at around 110 of almost 800. Guess I know what the rest of my lunch break is going to be.
