Writing & upcoming grad school
So...the current WIP is at nearly 6k of a projected 80k. Chipping away, but the way the story is coming...SQUEEP. I love it. I love the characters so much more this time around and the darker twist the tale has taken has me greatly excited.
And the crinkling sound the pages make as I turn them makes me happy...because I'm doing this longhand. As always. I think better that way and I love that when I go to type it after, it's on a second draft. Very rarely do I write immediately on the compy. I mean, sometimes it works (like for school) but creatively...give me a bic and a stack of paper.
And speaking of school...heading back to grad school tomorrow for the second time, to pursue an MLit. I'm excited and also terrified.
