Have seen PotC: At World's End...
...Have really only two things to say:
1) Hey, writers, directors, set designers, costuming people! Could you have packed MORE Orientalist cliches into this flick? Did you, perhaps, try, and simply found that more would not fit because it was already bursting at the seams with them?
I'm not sure if it's more annoying than the last one's distressing and excruciating cannibal sequence and attendant ickiness, or just fresher in my mind.
Also, hey, all the extras slaughtered for unfunny comedic moments were not white! Will you look at that? Bleeeeech.
2) Enjoyed myself, when not cringing. Feel vaugely guilty about this.
