after reading this i'm really excited about going and finding a churh to attend. there's something about trying to help people find their spiritual path, and that is what i need. if i am correct, (and tell me if i am wrong, sweetsexysadie), but it seems they use different scriptures, practices, methods that come from all sorts of world religions. i like this idea becuase i believe in a bit of them all. i think that all the world religions have validity in one way or another, even if i don't believe in the God/jesus i was taught growing up southern baptist. all around the world, i think these beliefs developed from man needing to find the truth or the purpose, and they all have something to offer. even if i don't buy into some of the dieties or whatever, i think that they all have something to take home. especially eastern religions or philosophies. they appeal to me most. buddhism/taoism. i'm rambling becuause i'm working on this and doing my "work" work at the same time. anyway, i'm excited about at least giving it a whirl. and amazed that i am going to step foot in any kind of church. but what the hell, it sounds really awesome from what diana, justin, and wikipedia have to say.
