Just got the soundbyte.

David Tennant does not utter the phrase 'man pants' but it is damn funny listening to him defend his choice in underwear in that lovely scottish accent he's got.

And then he let us all know how manly he is by saying the highlight of the Leeds festival was listening to Rufus Wainwright, who he was too timid to approach.

Yeah. He was wearing Billie's knickers. :)

The radio station is trying to acquire the now infamous pair of 'man pants' and will probably be auctioning them off for charity.
