hair modeling is sooo cooll
Here are some pics from me being a hair model last weekend. i had written my whole experience of it before, buy my page of lj started over. so to sum it up. me, my mom and a girl from work went to the place where my mom auditions every year for the Keune hair show. they use real models, and regular folk like me who are free. the company Keune is swedish and makes hair products. the guy Dennis who cut my hair is super awesome. i have these pics above that my mom took with her phone, i also have videos from my mom's phone. i got picked and melissa go picked friday night, then saturday they colored my hair, which took all day cuz you just wait. then sunday they cut my hair on stage and i got to model. i met super cool people from australia, amsterdam, and italy. i felt better about myself after being in this funk cuz for once someone was telling me that they are going to make me beautiful and that i am pretty. there were three sections to the show, high society, spiritual, and future now. i was future now, thus the weird ass makeup. these are professionals so i trust them. i had a blast. i was open for any hair cut so i have this funky european one that i luv. i got $100 in free products at the end and my hair cut and color would have probably cost this much. it didn't cost me anything and they invited me to come back next year. so YAY!!! also, chris' birthday was a blast. i got to hang with the group and talk, and not be in a over crowded house. well, more lata : )
