Buffalo Chicken Fingers

So I've made this twice and I'm fairly impressed with myself.  It's baked, not fried, so it's better for you than the probably-more-delicious fried wings.

Ingredients:
Chicken tenders (like frozen in a bag)
Wing sauce or Hot sauce
Butter or margarine
Bread crumb or bread
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Black pepper
Garlic powder
(I like spice so I kind of just dump them in)
A couple eggs, egg whites, or egg substitute

Defrost the chicken if needed.  Soak it in water for a bit while you prepare the rest if it's still frozen.
If you're using bread, bake or toast the bread until quite crispy.
Put the breadcrumbs and spices in the blender and blend until fairly fine but still a tad bit coarse.  Don't liquefy it.
Scramble the egg if needed.
Dunk the chicken in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mix.  For "extra crispy," do this twice.
Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil for easy cleaning
Spray something or other on the pan and then put the chicken on it.
Bake at 400 deg F (479 K) for 15 minutes.
When there's 2-3 minutes left, turn the chicken over and respray

For the sauce:
Melt the butter and add sauce in a saucepan on low heat.  1:1 butter:sauce is normal spicy, but you can adjust it to whatever.
Turn it to warm while you're waiting for the chicken to finish cooking.

Then, if you want to be like the irritating Arby's commercial, you should put mix the chicken and sauce by shaking it in a cup.  If you don't want to be like the Aryb's commercial, then good.

So there's my recipe.  Let me know if any of you try it.
