Corn Bread Muffins
Today's CB experience was not very good. So I sent an email to Jill Irvin, RD, LD, Associate Director, Operations, Campus Dining Services, The Ohio State University, the person who replied back to my original corn-bread related email.

Today, we were all excited to have a feast of corn muffins bestowed upon us as the menu suggested. However, things quickly turned for worse. Rain outside and a long line inside ominously foreshadowed our corn muffin experience. As we walked through the line, we found not corn muffins, but some corn-esque bread. Its ingredients were much debated, but one thing is for sure--it was not as tasty as the ambrosia-like corn bread muffins we were expecting. Its flavor was dull, and not even the tears of our disappointment could make it moist.
Corn muffins are scheduled to reappear on May 30th. For most of us, this may be the very last time we have an opportunity to enjoy corn muffins or corn bread from Commons. It would be incredibly appreciated if it was a good corn muffin experience with plenty of the corn muffins we love.
Now we play the waiting game.
