Some Cuddling and Some Stitches...
Jax needed a cuddle today, so she stole one from her big brother Tig...

Greymalkin had to go in for surgery to remove a cyst from his side today.
Jax was very confused when I took Greymalkin out in his carrier but didn't bring him back when I came home a little while later.
She needed extra attention from both myself and her brother today, the poor little dear.
When I brought the old guy home late this afternoon Jax gave him a very cautious sniff. Tig hissed and growled at everyone. I don't think he likes the smells associated with surgery. He had the same reaction when Jax had her spay a year ago. :(
Harmony was restored with the liberal application of treats. Yay!
Greymalkin doesn't look overly impressed with his new haircut or his purple stitches...
The vet said he should be fine as long as I keep him quiet for the next few days. Shouldn't be a problem since at the best of times Greymalkin has 2 speeds, slow and slower. :)
