He'll be the first one of the good guys to TRULY die in a bad way....
(Sandaime died while saving the village, so a good ending/way to go. And Haku-chan evil, fantastic character and good intentions, but still technically an enemy.)

But, you know, Haku played such a CRUCIAL role!

if he hadn't "killed" Sasuke, Naruto would never have had the drive he did while saving Sakura-bit*ahem* (sorry, dun really love her) anyway, while saving sakura. he even FLASHBACKED to when haku was telling him about how if you have someone precious to protect, then you will truly be strong.
yes. the music is goingto be the end of us all.
anyway, if haku hadn't "killed" sasuke, their relationship wouldn't have been given that extra push. well, more like SHOVE. and Naruto now has a reason to become stronger, unlike before, when he only did it to prove something, now he has a more valuable reason.
to protect those he loves.
yeah. you must be thinking "jeez. she looks into this way too much"
but i like to think there's more to Naruto than hot bishy guys doing other hot bishy guys and fighting other hot bishy guys.

And I know, the fight with Haku and Sasuke's 'death' is what got me addicted to the series.
I was sitting at my cousins house and he made me watch a few eppies.
The third eppie sparked my yaoi-fangirl instincts (KISS KISS KISS!!!!!!X3)
So I downloaded the series and started watching them at a leasurely pace.
The entire deal before Haku was rather boring to me and I couldn't help but be annoyed at Sakura *shudders* and the rest of the women, then Sasuke 'died' that overly dramatic way and I just got hooked ;_;
Look at me now, I 'camp' for new manga chapters, sometimes staying awake for over 36 hours (245 >>)
And get annoyed when the next chapter isn't out on time.
I download the series (even though I've already read the manga), honostly enjoy some of the fillers.
Draw fanart, write fanfiction etc.
I'm addicted >
