I'd go nuts. oh, and Kiriban is a japanese word for "lucky number" i believe. usually when you go to some art sites, and you hit a special number on the hits counter (usually 1,000; 2,000, 3,000, etc or even 3333 1111, 2222 etc) The artist usually draws you a request. in my case (although I've lsot count...) i'd give my, let's say, 100th reviewer the latest chapter 5 days before publishing it on the internet. Hope that cleared up stuff for you! :)
