Well the sunburn is gone and the skin is peeling away now. I was in itch hell for three days and had to go to the hospital for sun poisoning. Don't take sunbathing so easily or you'll enjoy the itch and burning I experienced and it isn't fun at all.
Diet is still on. My goal is to stay under two thousand calories each day, but I won't beat up on myself unless I got over three thousand, then I will be pretty pissed off.
Fortunately I quit having hunger pangs and I'm eating food that I normally wouldn't ever eat. I still have this strange craving for meat when I go near it, and literally have to force myself to think about others things when that happens. This, I believe, is my body saying it needs more protein. So when I'm done with this I'm going to have a serving of mixed nuts and water.
Something you don't notice when you're not dieting is how quickly you can down calories. I normally ate nearly ten thousand calories a day. At the time of this diet begining two weeks ago, I weighed 460 pounds and didn't have enough energy to keep awake the whole day. I was having five hour awake periods with eight hour sleep periods. My sleep pattern was non existant and it was because I don't think I cared anymore, and that I wasn't giving my body the right kind of fuel, and maybe too much fuel to work with whenever I did give it the right stuff.
On other new. I still haven't gotten my half chapter finished because I haven't been able to get over to the guy who will get the data out of this hard drive. I wish I knew more about hardware so I could pull the data out of the hard drive myself, instead of having to rely on another person and having to pay them money I can't really afford to waste.
I'm also planning to get renters insurance, so I don't have to worry about my shit getting damaged during storms. Once I get this insurance; LET LIGHTNING STRIKE! Acts of god are part of the policy! OMG YAY!
