Coldplay, Planet Smoothie, and Satan incarnate
Anyone who hasn't seen Coldplay's new video for "Fix You" needs to go to their website, join their fan club and watch it on the Coldplayer. The video is pretty cool, especially the ending, but everyone needs to listen to the song also. It was definitely one of my favorite (if not my favorite) songs off the new album when I first listened to the album. Even Greg represents and likes it. In Coldplay's performance on MTV2 for "X&Y"'s release, they said it was the best song they've ever written... that may stretch it (can't forget about "A Rush of Blood to the Head" , "What If" , "Yellow" , "Trouble" , "The Scientist" ... lol I'm gonna name like every damn song so yea). It still saddens me greatly that I won't be there for them to play in Houston (especially after you see the end of "Fix You"). So many great bands playing, and I can't go to them... I just really hope NIN plays the same day MSI does.
I'm jealous of Greg... he went to a Planet Smoothie today in GA and had himself a Spazz. That brings back some memories..
OOOOOO okay, Justin Bailey playing a show at the Dark Room on August 24 (night before my bday!!!); I plan on being there for the greatness. It'll be a release from the MCAT and girls... GOD DAMNIT...
