- Yaj - well, in her capacity as my supervisor - gave me a compliment! I finally did something (halfway) right!
- I had a good Bible reading with Ivy, with a good resolution I can work towards made.
- I bought myself a pretty new blouse. I would prefer it to be white, but the white was translucent, so I got the black, which is just as pretty anyway!
- I saw a Dubliners Pub Songs CD in HMV that I want, but it's $36. And the Chopin Etuden CD by Pollini that I also want, but that's $24. Like my dad says, I have an eye for expensive things. (As a general rule, given a selection of items to choose from, even without any knowledge of the field, I will go for the item of highest quality and/or price.)
- I got to read my Angel Sanctuary manga that Yaj bought me ages ago (:$) (and man oh man, I think I understand why they banned a volume of it...I think it's the one I was reading today. I hope so anyway.)
- I had a very yummy dinner with good service at Asian Kitchen! I love Xiao Long Bao! (Though theirs isn't the best I've had...)
- I bought Famous Amos cookies. :)
- I then installed myself at tcc at Millenia Walk, which has even better service, and proceeded to write out 2 1/2 pages of outline before frantically typing and sending it back off to Yaj. So I got that done, and felt all accomplished! And the thing totally flowed - I don't know if it'll work for them, but I liked it. :) (except in one spot...)
- While writing, I treated myself to a really good Oreo Mocha Frappe and an amazing Devil's Chocolate Cake that had raspberries in. *mouth waters remembering*
- Kelly emailed me! Also, John left me a message on Facebook yesterday, and we'll hopefully be keeping in closer contact forthwith. And, Melinda and I have been chatting every few nights now too! I love my friends; they're the best.
- Someone noticed and commented on the cute bow I was wearing in my hair at dance.
- There was a new classful of people at dance, one of whom is Theresa's sister Serena, and we all got along famously. And a lot of really good leads showed up, and not a lot of follows...well not many people at all...so I got goooooood dances. Which is always enough to send me into a high of epic proportions. This shirt, which I just saw on Facebook, expresses my love-hate relationship with neurochemicals. I think I disturbed the newbies.
- I LALALALALA'ed at Sandy! :D I have friends who let me LALALA at them randomly and don't yell at me for interrupting them. As I said earlier, my friends are the best. :D
- It was a headache-free day! (Though the neckache more than made up for it, but. Yes!)
...I just realised that most of that involved food. Which is odd, because I'm not someone who cares about food at all. I forget to eat a lot of the time, in fact.
Also, my wallet took a trashing.
But you know what? I. Don't. CARE. Good days are priceless. XD
