[Garviel is now 2 feet taller than the last time she saw him, and has added a tremendous amount of mass as well, hugely and inhumanly muscled, though still pleasing of face and form. He's just bignormous, now, and the curve of his chest is different, not quite human.]

The blade isn't normal. It's the Thunder Sword. Inside usually rests Nue, it's guardian or deity. When he's inside, the blade can use lightning attacks, and can cut through buildings themselves as if they were paper.
[She then nods]
I wonder who is taller. Gara or you.

"Ah, a power sword. Many of the Astartes commanders used power swords, fists, or claws as part of their wargear. Myself, I used a chainsword and a boltgun, for while the other weapons were powerful, I found the wargear of a humble line soldier enough for me. Those weapons were simply a bit too ostentatious for my liking."

A weapon can look great, but it is useless if one has no idea how to control it. It's best to stick to the things one knows.
