Have you ever walked in a store and just been like AHHHHHH *___*? Shocked that something so wonderful could actually have existed in your own backyard for SO LONG without you knowing?
That was me at M&L Discount Fabrics. Picture the kind of old building that usually has a Pic-N-Save, then imagine it stuffed literally wall to wall, floor to ceiling with fabric, every kind of fabric imaginable. I've had friends tell me about it, I've heard people say that if you can't find it at M&L, then it probably doesn't exist, and each time I'd be like, yeah, I'll bet that's an exaggeration. Heh. I was wrong. It's a fabric junkie's dream come true and a fire marshal's nightmare.
My haul.
No, I don't really sew. I just like having it. I have an obsession with textiles.
Wait, I take that back. I WILL use this. I'm going to make a patchwork quilt to give someone for Christmas. By hand, because sewing machines and I don't like each other.
Reasonable goal? Incredibly stupid? We'll find out come December :D
Stupid Max *buried* the whole box of rawhide chew things all over the apartment... or so he thought.
