Had an offer on a flat accepted today :) (thats an apartment for the yanks reading)

I remember looking at it right at the start of the year - liked it, but was far too expensive. The owners were thinking of moving back to france and wanted to see what they could get - they even turned down an offer of £7k less than asking price. I spotted they'd recently dropped the price, as now they've actually moved to france so were keen to sell, so had another look this morning. So I had an offer accepted - £27k less than the asking price when I first saw it, and £7k less than current asking price. So its the bargain I was looking for.. Just gotta sort the mortgage, solicitors and survey out now, and help natts (current flatmate) find somewhere to live :(
