There's A Place Your Mother Goes When Everybody Else Is Soundly Sleeping
Things I Must Do Today:
-Cancel semi-weekly gym-going with Jennie
-Finish a 6 chapter reading before 3pm.
-Cancel semi-nightly Star Trek watching with roommates.
-Spend more money when I'm, at last check, poorer than a Zimbabwean.(1)
Reasons I Must Do These Things Today:
-Going to Decemberists concert in SF.
Woo!
(1) ZImbabwe has the lowest listed GDP in the world.
Going home this weekend was an excellent break that I needed, but seemed rather futile. On one hand, I had to come right back to SJ for 2 days, just so I can go back home for Thanksgiving, and when I arrived it went something like this:
Me: "I'm home!"
Mother: "We're leaving!"
Then my entire family left on a road trip for my sisters college type things which I was unable to attend due to my own college type things. I'd forgotten how creepy it is to be truly alone in a building, its been quite a while since I was truly alone.
