I welcome the extra help. [Kneels to talk to Mindy face-to-face.] Make sure you put on an extra layer of clothes though. It's very cold outside.

[She laughs a little at Mindy's enthusiasm.] First is the park! I don't know how many people stay there, but they're the ones that need these supplies the most.

Umm... the people in the park probably are real cold and hungry.

While we're in the park, can we look at the big Christmas tree?

[She's seen it from afar, but not up close yet. And she really doesn't get the subtext involved in the tree having power when everyone else is deprived.]

[Fate pauses for a brief moment at that. There's definitely something going on with that tree, and chances are, something is going to happen involving it... but for now, it's just a normal tree. And with her and Signless there, everything should be okay, right?]
