I love that it's so ridiculously campy and that it takes place right here Toronto!!! During the Victorian era but still! When they mention that they have to visit a house on Queen St E., I know where they are headed. Or if they're going to a jail on Shuter St, yep, I know where it's located! Even to inaugurate the "new" Trinity College library! AHHH It's so close to home!! Also, Yannick Bisson is well, let's just say it outright... pretty hot. He plays the great detective Murdoch who uses unconventional "futuristic" scientific techniques to solve his murder cases. I think in one of the episodes, he does some sort of gel-experiment where he uses the antibodies of a rabbit in serum to determine whether a blood sample is human or not, suffice to say, it blew my mind.
I've loving the romance story that takes place under all of this too~~~
Murdoch and Dr. Ogden squeeeeeeee~~~~ Yes, I'm being a silly fangirl and I know they'll end up together what with their love for dead human corpses and forensics. I can't help but love the chemistry that is going on between the two of them, it's so obviously written.
Oooooh and let's not forget the cute Constable George Crabtree XD
(Is he ridiculously attractive too? I think the picture speaks for itself!)
And just because I can, I'm going to squeeze in one more picture of Yannick!
