Toronto Blythe Meet~~
It took place Saturday at the same bubble tea place that we went to last time around Christmas (Wen Long Tea) but this time HOLY COW there were A LOT of people! I believe there were 20 of us doll-collecting nutters sitting around the table. I really do wish that I took pictures so that you could SEE the number of dolls that there were at that meet (oh boy there were over 70 dolls @_@!!) A bunch of the old crowd was there (the regulars of these Blythe meets) and a bunch of new fans were there too~~ Part of me was thinking to myself these people who own/visit the tea shop MUST think that we are absolutely INSANE but I suppose that it's good business. It was definitely an exciting place to be!
In any case I thought that I'd post some things that I have sewn... the top image something that I made for the swap that we had at our meet. Oh gosh, I was still finishing it in the car on the way there! Hahah! I had to embarrassingly tell the person who received my item that there was an uncut loose thread!
I made the second dress exclusively for Tilde *__* she's such a dear~~ I thought that the headpiece was going to take me forever but it turns out the freakin' dress with its freakin' lace and tiny pintucks are the crazy!
I really can't wait to have the time to sew more clothes for ALL my dolls~
