Writer's Block: Take Two

It's finny that this is the question. My brother asked me if I could learn about Buddhism, as he's decided he's going to be Buddhist, without actually knowing anything about being Buddhist. Typical if you know him. At least he tries to have a reference point. Anyways, I was reading the Buddhist Guide for Dummies (oh you thought I was going to have a hardcore book weren't you. No no, I take the logical approach thank you.) and it was talking about how you are continually reborn on this earth in a circle of consequences and I wondered who I would have been before this. I think I've had a pretty blessed life, albeit with a few bumps in the road, enough to keep me learning, so I must have done at least something right? In my next life I think I'll be a leader of sort. Not like a politician (they're skeevey and really what have they done for us lately?) but more like a Sensei or an instructor. I'll be competitive (seriously, have you met me? I compete in walking up the stairs if someone is next to me.) All I know is, as long as I'm surrounded by as many people that I care about now then, I'll make it through whatever I have to. :)
