the sun is on the horizon
Besides recently drinking the water in mexico and consequentially being sick in the bathroom for a week, this year hasn't been too bad. People are optimistic. I don't care if I'm being naive, but I see it as so.
(of course I can't leave this out)As a nation, we have elected our first black President and he won my vote based on his merits. Good job Mr. President-Elect, just continue to make us proud. And fortunatly most of us expect that. Things seem as if they are getting better, even if we have to put up a fight now.
The people I'm surrounded by are good, and things are good. People are swell. And I'll continue to see that. For those of us in school, we survived another semester in school. Woo Hoo!
Theres too much to cover in 08 but
It's been a damn good year and I'm excited to see what next year brings.
