"Somewhere between long destructive nights filled with televisions flying off of cliffs, fireworks, And Graduating from College I realized Something... It's a new day. It's a whole new ballgame. Depression has been at its worst. Just when you think you were having a good day, it taps you in the balls. I wonder however if what I surround myself with has something to do with it? I am deterred by the fact that certain pieces of my past I am ashamed of. This however is a powerful tool. Always learn from the past. It makes for a stronger and wiser future. But beware of regret. It is your worst enemy. When a man regrets, he holds the past in disdain. It haunts him and stalks him like a predator does its prey. This I am afraid of and am uncertain in how to overcome. Changes are coming and I hope they work out for the best..."
