Happy Birthday kumorisubeta!! I hope the interview goes well!!!

So, this weekend kumorisubeta - otherwise known as Middle Sister - graduated from college. I am so proud of her that I could burst. Double major and a minor - way to go!!

This last week was weird. Work only on Monday and Friday because of travel for the funeral. It threw me all kinds of off my game and by Saturday I was simply drained. On Saturday my Great-Aunt Marg passed away at the wonderful age of 95. She led a wonderful life, filled with love and family. I'm going to miss her very much, but at the same time she'll be with her sisters and her husband now and I can't fight that ( Read more... )

We got the call earlier tonight. Aunt D has passed away.

Thank you all for the caring and the thoughts and prayers.

Aunt D, you will be missed.

This is not the news I've been wanting to post... I'd been putting off updating in the hopes things would improve, but they've just gotten worse.

Aunt Donna is failing and will probably die sometime tonight or tomorrow. They've signed the paperwork to not do more than keep her comfortable. I'm just waiting to hear news.

Damn it! Cancer sucks.
