My body has been really rebelling lately .. the last couple of days have not been fun with knee, hip, back and shoulder pain. So what do I do today? Well, it gets to be lunch time and I'm wearing my office heels. I decided to just get a Subway sandwich, which is right across the street, nbd.
Except, that I auto-piloted over to the stairs and it wasn't until the door locked behind me that I realized I never put the flats on. D'oh. Now, I'm taking the stairs down as a health type thing (can't take them up as we're a locked floor). But I ususally remember to put flats on to do it.. not heels. And especially not heels on days I hurt. *shakes head at herself*
So, I limped my way down the stairs slowly and got my sandwich and now my legs feel like I hit them with something heavy. Damn it. This sucks and I'm way too young to hurt like this.
I also just realized that the milk I've been getting to "be healthier" is just a fucking bad for me as the damned soda would be. Why the hell can't the Subway carry regular milk instead of the stupid chocolate stuff I don't even like? Seriously - corn syrup in milk? WTF?
I quit. Someone bring me chocolate and alcohol - not necessarily in that order.
