Hey guys, just a few reminders about tagging entries.

YOU NEED ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TAGS ON ALL YOUR CHAPTERS/RESPONSES:

#1. Your author tag. For me, obviously it's author: alivemagdolene.

#2. Your (and ONLY your) character tag. For example, I write for Rob Riggle, therefore I ONLY tag my chapter/responses with Rob Riggle. No matter who else is featured in your chapter/responses, the only character tag your entry gets is the one for your character, since s/he is "writing" that chapter. Make sense?

#3. The name of the chapter you are responding to. I say responding to since everyone's been good so far at tagging their own chapters. For example, if I'm responding to torque_spackey's chapter Tear Down These Walls, I need to tag my response(s) to that chapter with chapter: tear down these walls.

#4. Whatever pairings you might have (if you have any at all). If you have a new pairing a tag doesn't exist yet for, ask the mods for that tag. Just a reminder, any pairing that involves a character from outside our fandom (for example, if you wanted to slash Anderson with Gale Harold from Queer as Folk, a pairing I saw in icon form), the pairing tag would read pairing: anderson (or whichever character you're using)/other. The "other" cuts down on tags we don't need and makes it easier to navigate. Again, any questions, ask a mod.

#5. The name of the fic. The current fic that all these chapters and responses are a part of is "Idea to Madness". THERE WILL BE MORE FICS IN THIS COMM! Part of the idea of the comm is that we'll have the chance to switch around characters and challenge other authors for their characters in future fics. Therefore, let's keep all parts of this one good and tagged with fic: idea to madness.

If you're unsure about how to tag an entry/what to tag an entry with, please read LJ's Tagging FAQs and/or our own tag page. If you're still confused or need a tag we don't have yet, contact a mod.

PLEASE TAG ALL YOUR ENTRIES PROPERLY!

That way the comm stays nice and navigable, which means more finding and reading and enjoying and less looking and correcting and explaining.

Thanks, guys! :^)
