The best was when they didn't cut the mic away in time toward the end, and she was caught yelling at hecklers "You know what, buddy, I don't go to where you work and knock the dicks out of your mouth."

I wish the camera had still been them when she'd said it....

What did I do on New Years? Well, all day New Years Eve, I stayed in bed sick. I slept until 10 pm and then woke up and listened to music and texted people until 11:55. Went out to the living room, where everyone was like "Oh Amanda! I thought you were going to sleep through it!" Watched the ball drop, went back to bed. And slept until 10 this morning.

Now that it's morning, I desperately want to get out of the house, because although still sniffly and achey, I feel loads better. However, all of my friends are too hung over to want to hang out at the moment.

Bitter, thy name is Amanda.

I really do hope that all of you had a splendiforous New Years. I'm so glad 2008 is over, quite honestly.

:( I'm sorry you were so sick and slept through most of it. But at least you're feeling better today.

I'm with you on 2008. I was done with 2008 in July, I think. Now it's officially over, and I am happy. :)

Haha it's quite alright. I have this amazing ability to get sick on New Years Eve. The new millennium, when everyone was freaking out about Y2K, I was heaving my guts out and wanted the world to end. XD At least it was just a cold this time.

Yeah. August is when I called it quits, basically.

Thanks. :) I do feel loads better. I got up and did some housework and cooked some, and danced around like an idiot to loud music. Illness can't keep me in bed for long. *hugs*
